At Natasha Denona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all palettes and fragile cosmetics are properly padded to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
